Charming Cottages in Serene Neighborhoods

I’ve been visiting North Carolina since 2019 with my sister and she has always booked with David and Patricia. This was my first year booking my own house with them. They are always great and really friendly, i always feel right at home at their place. Love that downtown New Bern is just up the road.

We enjoyed our stay at David and Patricia, it was home away from home! Great response time. Convenient location to downtown New Bern. The community is nice and quiet. Will definitely stay there again whenever I’m visiting New Bern.

The house was very nice and had everything we needed and was clean. We loved the fenced in backyard for our dog and was great to be able to bring her with us. It’s a nice and quiet location. We enjoyed downtown New Bern and made a couple trips out to the beach during the week. David and Patricia were responsive when messaged. We will definitely stay again!

We were on a 2 week vacation and the stay here was at our halfway mark and much needed to rest and recharge! It was spotless and very spacious. We loved being able to sit on the sofa and watch our favorite shows since you can log into any streaming service you want. The master bed was so comfy we didn’t want to leave. The backyard was great, we sat on the deck and got to see some fire flies. We needed to do some laundry while we were there, the washer and dryer were both very clean as well. We went into downtown while there, they have some great restaurants as well as cute places to shop and it’s super close to the house! It’s a great place to stay if you want to explore…we drove down to Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach and also to Greenville, all were about an hour away. We would stay here again for sure!!! A very quant and peaceful place to stay. Had enough room for me and my family. David and Patricia were helpful and accommodating that we were driving in from Texas. Thank you for allowing us into your home and letting us make it out for a couple of days.

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the house was easy to find. there is plenty of parking in the driveway. The house is very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I definitely recommend it as a place to stay.

This place was perfect for what we needed, we had family close by to visit places to eat weren’t so far away.. Our 2 year pup loves the back yard.. Thank you for allowing us to rent the place..Hoping to see ya next year.

This was our first stay @ an Airbnb & we hit a home run. House is lovely, everything looks new. We met the neighbors who are very friendly. The bonus for me is having the YMCA behind us. Just a short walk away. Our dogs felt right @ home too!

We were going to be early getting to New Bern for my daughter’s wedding and we were traveling with my 99 yo grandmother. They accommodated an earlier check in to get her settled. When we arrived the place was spotless. Smelled so clean. The rooms were awesome. The first place in a long time I felt comfortable walking around barefoot! My sons loved playing pool and hanging in the garage at night. We loved it and will definitely come stay again when visiting!

The house was perfect and the fenced yard for the puppies even better! Less than an hour to the beaches that are also dog friendly! Super comfy king bed, we slept great! Very nice touch, stocked pantry and coffee pods. Easy check in and great communication! Will definitely stay here again!
