The garage is insulated and includes a portable AC unit for warmer weather and a heater for colder months. **LARGE FENCED BACKYARD & DECK** The large fenced backyard gives kids room to play and dogs plenty of space to stretch their legs. The fencing includes privacy fencing along one side with chain-link fencing along the back and opposite side. Overlooking the yard, the back deck has a propane grill, outdoor table, six chairs and a large umbrella — an easy spot for grilling, eating outside or relaxing while your dog explores the yard. **LAUNDRY** A washer and dryer are located inside the home and are free for guest use.
