David and Patricia’s home was wonderful from start to finish. Communication was excellent, every question I had was answered quickly, which made everything easy and stress-free.
The house was easy to find, check-in was seamless, and everything inside was immaculate. Thoughtful touches like labeled switches made settling in simple. The beds were comfortable, linens fresh, and the bathrooms spotless. The neighborhood was also very quiet and peaceful.
The backyard is huge and a great bonus! If you have pets or small children, just be aware there can be prickly pinecones at times, but Patricia was quick to address it when I mentioned it.
Overall, a lovely, safe place for my family to stay...and the pool table was a fun extra! We would definitely stay again.

Exceptionally clean. Host communication was fantastic. Very quiet neighborhood. Super comfy beds with good quality pillows and linens. Very quaint home with everything we needed. Back yard is huge with an amazing tree and lots of birds singing in the neighborhood. Located about 3 minutes from the main highway thru the area.

This was our first time using Airbnb. Our son was getting married and we needed a place for us, our adult children, and our grand daughter. It was very nice. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of amenities, and the pool table was a hit! Thank you so much. We would definitely recommend, and we will use again if available on our next visit.

Our family and extended family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at both of David & Patricia's homes. It sometimes can be stressful traveling with a large group with a few different households staying together. Two homes were the perfect option for us.
They were very similar in the layout, bedrooms & bathrooms were the same, pool table spaces and back yards were great also.
David and Patricia thought of all of the little things that most hosts overlook. There was plenty of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap & detergent, laundry supplies also.
Any time I sent a message to David & Patricia, they responded very quickly.
The cleanliness of the homes were 10/10! Very, very clean floors, bathrooms and bedrooms. Even the garage converted pool room was spotless. Extra blankets in every closet were a lovely touch for us that are always cold at night 🥰
Thank you guys again! Definitely book these homes or any home David & Patricia have to offer, you won't regret it!

Thank you so much for an amazing stay! The home was perfect for what we needed - beat, clean and just the right size for our group! The neighborhood was quiet, and the location was perfect - literally no more than 10 minutes from pretty much everything! Thanks again for a great stay!

Stayed here during a work trip so I was not in the home at all during the day. However, it has that home feel to it which made coming back easy to unwind from a long day. The house was clean and easy to access. No issues during my stay.

I love staying here. It's clean, cozy, and safe. As a single woman traveling for work, I like the neighborhood and the area. The house is perfectly clean and smells great. Lastly, the primary bedroom mattress is SO SOFT and wonderful. I am sleeping on clouds. When I am back in town, I hope this place is available!

Great stay! I’ve stayed at this property multiple times and it always is clean comfortable and feels like home. I get a great nights sleep in the comfortable bed and feel secure in the peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend!

A great place to stay! And kid friendly. We loved the pool table and grill while the kids enjoyed the yard and games. The pool table is well loved but it was still fun to play on. The queen bed is wildly squeaky so be prepared for that if you’re sleeping in it with another person! Overall a really great stay and if we come back we will definitely stay there again!

David and Patricia’s home has everything a traveler could possibly need to make their trip enjoyable. It includes all the necessities for the kitchen and bathrooms! I’m a dog lover and even though I no longer have a dog, they are so accommodating to guests with pets. And better yet, I found not the slightest trace of a dog having been their guest! No dog fur! Their home is spotless!
