LIVING ROOM The living room seats seven people around a a 49" smart TV. The living area flows nicely into the dining area and kitchen. Durable, waterproof LVP flooring makes hosting pets a breeze! For travelers with toddlers, you'll find a pack n' play in the living room closet. MASTER BEDROOM The comfortable master suite features king size bed, private bathroom, 2 dressers, and a walk in closet. All beds and pillows are fully encased. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs with streaming capabilities. All bedroom closets have extra blankets. The master bedroom features a large writing desk with space to set up your laptop. The home's Wi-Fi is super fast. MASTER BATHROOM Enjoy your private master bathroom with great water pressure in your shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, and wash clothes are provided. MASTER CLOSET The master bedroom features a walk-in closet with plenty of hangers great for storing clothes and luggage. KITCHEN The kitchen table is seats 6 adults comfortably. With bench seating on one side, it is easy to squeeze more kids around the table if needed. There are extra chairs in the garage if one is needed. The kitchen itself is fully stocked with all the utensils and appliances needed to prepare home-cooked meals. The refrigerator dispenses filtered water and ice. We provide Keurig and drip coffee makers, coffee, creamer, and sweeteners. 2 ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS The other two cozy bedrooms share a full bath. One bedroom features a queen size bed with built-in storage, a closet, and a wall-mounted smart TV. The other bedroom has a full over twin bunk bed, large dresser, closet, and a flat screen TV with Roku. GARAGE/ GAME ROOM A pool table transforms the garage into a game room. Garage is insulated and includes a portable AC unit to keep the heat at bay during summer. A heater is provided for cold weather as well. Board games provide for fun in any weather. BACKYARD The large, fenced-in backyard is perfect for kids and pets. Privacy fence makes it feel like your own private oasis. Relax under mature shade trees, and grill out on the back patio with a propane grill and patio table with 6 chairs and a large umbrella. PARKING The driveway holds three cars and one can park on street in front of house. Alternatively, the driveway is long enough to accommodate a work trailer, RV, or boat if you need. Then, one car would fit in the driveway with larger vehicle, and an additional car can park on the street. LAUNDRY Free on-site washer and dryer. We provide a couple of laundry pods and dryer sheets. Iron and ironing board are located in the laundry area.
