I love staying here. It's clean, cozy, and safe. As a single woman traveling for work, I like the neighborhood and the area. The house is perfectly clean and smells great. Lastly, the primary bedroom mattress is SO SOFT and wonderful. I am sleeping on clouds. When I am back in town, I hope this place is available!

David and Patricia’s home has everything a traveler could possibly need to make their trip enjoyable. It includes all the necessities for the kitchen and bathrooms! I’m a dog lover and even though I no longer have a dog, they are so accommodating to guests with pets. And better yet, I found not the slightest trace of a dog having been their guest! No dog fur! Their home is spotless!

We always evaluate a stay based on Clean, Lack of Clutter, and Quiet. Our hosts really delivered on all three points! As a bonus, the location was great, the recommendations for restaurants were excellent, and the bed, linens, and towels were all top-quality. We also avoid the granny-doilies and wall signage that shouts LIVE LAUGH LOVE and THIS WAY TO THE BEACH. None of that nonsense at this home! Another bonus: tons of good light! We read and write extensively, so that extra lighting makes a tremendous difference. Patricia was especially responsive any time we had a question. We stay in many AirBnBs and hotels--this home is definitely one of the best! Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was just great. House had all we needed to manage and was very clean. It was also close to everything and din a quiet neighborhood. We truly enjoined ourselves and are grateful to have had the chance to stay at their property. I recommend it to anyone.
