LIVING ROOM The living room features comfortable sofas and a 46" smart TV. There is a small desk/ work station with fast Wi-Fi, great for setting up your laptop in the living area as well. MASTER BEDROOM The comfortable master suite features king size bed, large private bathroom, large dresser, and a huge walk in closet. Master suite is on opposite side of house from other bedrooms for added privacy. 43" smart TV is mounted on the wall. All beds and pillows are fully encased. Iron and ironing board are located in master closet. All bedroom closets have extra blankets. MASTER BATHROOM Spread out your toiletries on a large dual vanity master sink. Enjoy great water pressure with your shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, and wash clothes are provided. MASTER CLOSET Off the bathroom is a giant walk-in closet with plenty of hangers great for storing clothes and luggage. There you will find a pack n' play, extra blankets, iron, and ironing board. KITCHEN The kitchen table seats 6 adults comfortably. It extends with a leaf found in the master closet, and additional chairs are in the garage. The kitchen itself is fully stocked with all the utensils and appliances needed to prepare home-cooked meals. The refrigerator dispenses filtered water and ice. We provide Keurig and drip coffee makers, coffee, creamer, and sweeteners. A full laundry closet is located in the kitchen as well. 2 ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS The other two cozy bedrooms share a full bath. One bedroom features a queen size bed, a small dresser, a closet, and a wall-mounted smart TV. The other bedroom has a full over twin bunk bed, small dresser, closet, and a wall-mounted smart TV. The back bedroom features a window unit AC in addition to the central AC to keep it comfortably cool. GARAGE/ GAME ROOM A pool table transforms the garage into a game room. Garage is insulated and includes a portable AC unit to keep the heat at bay during summer. A heater is provided for cold weather as well. Board games provide for fun in any weather. BACKYARD The large, fenced-in backyard is perfect for kids and pets. Privacy fence makes it feel like your own private oasis. Grill out on the back patio with a propane grill and patio table with 6 chairs and a large umbrella. PARKING The driveway holds three cars and one can park on street in front of house. LAUNDRY Free on-site washer and dryer. We provide a couple of laundry pods and dryer sheets.
